Refund policy
We hope that you love the products you ordered! If for some reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted up to 30 days from original date of purchase. Vimocity does not pay for or reimburse return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return:
1. Email admin@vimocity.com to let us know your name, order ID, and products returning
2. Ship on your preferred carrier. (We can accept all inbound return methods (Fedex, USPS, UPS, etc.))
3. Receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used at time of check out
Damaged Product: If you received a damanged product, please email us at admin@vimocity.com with a video or photo.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@vimocity.com.
